Geoff Allen was an artist who drew for the small publisher A. Soloway in the 1940s, including "Still Smiling" (1944) and "Buster" (1946) in All Fun Comic, "Careless Talk" (1944) in All Star Comic, and "Just Fooling" (1945) in Comic Capers.
