Pre-skool Prime Minister! is a strip in The Dandy, drawn by Jamie Smart and first appearing in issue 3508 (October 30 2010). The central premise is that a four-year-old child has been elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
