Laura Ellen Anderson is a London-based illustrator and writer. As well as writing and drawing the comic strip "Evil Emperor Penguin" for The Phoenix she illustrated the children's books Aladdin by Joanna Nadin and Moya the Luck Child by Malachy Doyle.
