Julius Sneezer in the final print issue of The Dandy.
"Julius Sneezer, the Sneezing Caesar" was a strip that ran in The Dandy from issues 332 to 348 in 1946 and '47. It was drawn by Allan Morley.
As the title suggests, it starred a Roman dictator who sneezed a lot.
A revival, written by Craig Graham and drawn by Lew Stringer, appeared in the 2013 Dandy Annual.[1] The character also returned for the final print issue of The Dandy, again drawn by Stringer.
